The sunroof seals in my FZJ80 are maybe not as good as they could be.
But, worth it for clean, shiny Land Cruiser goodness:
You can cover a Land Cruiser in lots of things. Dust, snow, dirt, mud, all fine. But not salt. And it was lousy with salt.

Clogged drains, not bad seals. Use weed wacker trimmer line (not compressed air!) and clear them out (there are 4, 2 forward 2 in back). Check the rocker panel drains to make sure they aren’t clogged also.

This. I unclogged mine with a silicone tube cap and some heavy breathing.
